Meet Dr. Joe Combs

Part trainer. Part physical therapist. Part Biomechanics specialist. Part Educator. All in on your goals.

As the name 513 would suggest, Dr. Joe Combs was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. His path is a long one, beginning as a personal trainer and leading to Doctor of Physical therapy. Dr. Joe gained an understanding not just from his education, but his experiences. Throughout most of his studies, Joe was a research associate at Cincinnati Children’s, primarily assisting in the motion analysis lab. Now, Joe keeps a foot in academia teaching classes from Exercise Physiology to Biomechanics at UC.

It’s the combination of experiences that shaped the product Dr. Joe offers today – a comprehensive model merging the benefits of performance training with the necessity of injury prevention. Whether clients are looking to shoot their best scores, play their best tennis, or just keep competing until their 100, Dr. Joe brings a combination of passion and excellence you won’t find elsewhere.
